Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Please note that custom orders may require additional time, as they are made to order. We appreciate your patience while we prepare these special items.
Tracking Information
You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Deliveries
Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier. Most orders are delivered within 7–12 business days. However, delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier-related issues. For the most accurate updates, please refer to the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email.
International Orders
For international orders, your purchase may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your country prior to delivery. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. You are responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations, and for paying any applicable customs duties and fees.
Once your order has been transferred to the carrier, please allow extra time for tracking information to update, as international shipments often take longer than the standard 24–48 hours seen with domestic orders.
