Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order is in production or has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. In this case, please accept the delivery and contact us to arrange a return.
We prioritize processing and shipping orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery.
What is the return shipping policy?
Returns must be in new and unused condition. Returns must be received at our warehouse within 14 days from the date of receipt for a refund. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted after 14 days. There are no restocking fees for orders under $2,500. However, we reserve the right to implement a 20% restocking fee for orders over $2,500. The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges.
How often are requests processed?
Return requests are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days and may take up to 5 to 7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return has been completed.
What should I do if the exchange size I need is out of stock?
We are happy to assist with size exchanges, even if the size is currently out of stock. Please email us at [support@roughsmithjackets.com] with your order number and the size you would like to exchange for, or feel free to contact us directly.
Please note: Items must be returned in their original condition and within the return policy timeframe to be eligible for an exchange or return.
Gift Returns
All gift returns must be requested through the original order placed. To request the return, please have the original order number and email address listed on the order. If you need assistance, please email us at [support@roughsmithjackets.com].

Custom Orders
Please note that custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges, as they are made specifically to your specifications.
